Directions

After cleaning as normal, dampen a cotton wool pad with UltraPure Witch Hazel & Rose Water Toner and gently apply to the face and neck to freshen up the skin. Allow to dry or rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry. In the case that your skin feels tight and dry after use, moisturise the skin. For best results, use twice a day.
