Holle Organic Nursing Tea can be used towards the end of pregnancy and throughout the entire breastfeeding period. The selected organic herbs caraway, lemon balm and fenugreek seeds in Holle’s harmonious tea preparation are suitable for the fluid balance of breastfeeding mothers.

How to Use

Poor approx. 200ml of freshly boiled water over a tea bag and allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Remove tea bag and allow to cool down before drinking.
