Clearspring Organic Japanese Sencha

Clearspring Organic Sencha Green Tea is grown in the hills around Kyoto, famous for having the ideal climatic and soil conditions to produce some of the best quality teas in Japan.

The tea leaves are steamed and rolled immediately after picking following the traditional Sencha process and packed on-site in the estate, to seal in the full flavour of the tea.

Green tea provides a great source of natural antioxidants which help to reduce the damage caused by free radicals.

Green tea can also be used as a weight management tool as it can help to naturally increase the metabolism.

Directions

Boil water and leave to cool for one minute.

Pour the water over the teabag and let infuse for 1-2 minutes.

Use one tea bag per person.
