4 Mushroom Tea is a blend of 4 Mushrooms selected for their high umami amino acid content and glycoproteins resulting in a tea with an intense savoury, earthy and woody flavour

Directions for Use:

Use 1 teabag per mug (approx.275ml) Add to boiled water and brew for 10-20 minutes depending on desired taste

Longer infusions will result in stronger flavour and increased release of *beta-glucans/glycoproteins from the mushrooms

*beta glucans may be beneficial to health
