Ballybrado Organic Spelt Flour Whole Grade contains nothing but 100% stone ground, whole grade spelt flour. Spelt flour is naturally wheat free and is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. It is very gentle on the digestive tract and is a good source of fibre, protein, essential fatty acids as well as many essential vitamins and minerals, much more that wheat flour! This flour can be used in the same was as wheat flour to bake breads, cakes, pastries and even pasta. The only difference you will notice when baking is that spelt flour is slightly stickier. This product contains gluten.
